ABSTRACT
Primary breast sarcoma is an extremely rare malignancy compared to epithelial tumours of breast. Most of the time primary breast sarcoma will present without axillary lymphadenopathy. Presence of axillary lymphadenopathy in primary breast sarcoma should suspect other differential diagnosis. Primary breast sarcoma needs trucut biopsy for proper histological sub types and grade of the tumour. It can be managed either mastectomy or wide local excision. This is a report of primary stromal breast sarcoma without axillary lymphadenopathy which was managed by modified radical mastectomy. This case reported due to its rarity
